Got Glutothione?

Search no more, here's where everyone needs to be, with this company....I'm sold.
I didn't know I even needed it. I have been taking this stuff for about a month & a half, and every mom in the world needs it. I'm not a big sales person, but this stuff is so awesome. I didn't really understand any of it until I watched the video (the one they told me to watch, but HATE it when people tell me what to do, so I didn't) Now I get it. See Glutothione is what our cells lose through free radicals in our system (put there by toxins in the environment, foods, etc) begin to take over. Free radicals cause cellular inflammation. Everyone knows inflammation is BAD news, Charlie Brown. So, if we can keep our cells from becoming inflamed, then we have found a cure or at least the beginning of a cure of a lot of diseases. Getting our cells back to normal function will strengthen our immune systems to fight off infection and other free radicals circulating through all of the world today. Not only that, but stronger cells create a stable pathway from synapses in the brain to all body parts, resulting in peak performance in just about anything. Just an example, this is no joke: I took Zumba for the first time (if you haven't done it, its a MUST for any chick) & didn't miss a beat...I learned how to play the guitar on Tuesday, I know all the chords and am LOVING it...yeah, I can do just about anything now...with the exception of barrel race, my friends horse just didn't like me very much, she knows a beginner when she sees one, I suppose. Now, my friend, says she "can't cry anymore" an someone else I know says that his temper is gone....poof, gone. All I know is that from my experience, being 30, and at an age when everything in my life is going haywire, it's nice that I can be calm in the storm, and wait for the seasons to change, enjoy life, try and master new things, stay fit and thin ---- by the way, the first time I've been to a gym in 8 weeks was this week at Zumba.....I'm not thrilled because I've lost muscle tone, but it will come back quickly when I start back up. Now this supplement completes my program, Wellness Reality...the reality of being well adjusted with mind body & spirit, backing it all up through Biblical scripture, the only Truth there is. Oh, and the best part of this whole Gulothione thing is that this product, MaxGXL was developed for AIDS patients. This is the perfect opportunity to tell Diana @ Bake the Cycle about it for her next missions trip to Rwanda!! I can't wait! She must take some with her to the widows with HIV. One of the founders of this product, Steven K. Scott is the author of The Greatest Words Ever Spoken, Everything Jesus Had to Say about Anything.....what an example to follow.

Clean Kid Content

This studio rocks! They're producing the coolest 3D animation, perfect fit for Nickelodeon, called Jesse D & Me. We got to see the whole process from concept to actualization at their studios. If you've been to MGM, you know what I'm talking about. Only these studios are in the middle of nowhere, in Hartselle, AL. They're really creating great work, and I can't wait to see more of their stuff. In the meantime, check out all their videos..bring over the kids, and make it a WebTV night, watching Christian Kid Content.

What the Web can do for you

Here's a company that's starting to get it, but most importantly, when we walk in the doors, the people are happy. They're creating stuff together, no matter how cheesy, and having a great time doing this. Production is team work, everyone has their talents and ideas. Working on something outside work during work hours that actually helps the company is an awesome combination! Congrats to these folks over in Commercial Leasing for making this happen...I'm so excited for them, mostly to see the team smiling. We're considering doing creative productions for team building as a company, from a to z, everyone plays a role and we film the making of it, as it's own reality series....how awesome would that be??

Value People? What?

You mean companies are going to value people? The very "thing" that makes up an organization? Where do we get these rocket-scientists? K. Time for Apple & Google to do company speeches on how they engage their people to make the company happen.

Organizational Values As Primary Recruiting, Retention Tools

In relationships of every nature, including partnerships, joint ventures, service contracts and yes, marriage, the incidence of association failure can be traced in large part to the failure of the two parties to clearly understand, appreciate, and agree to mutual expectations upfront.

The key to a company’s success is a reciprocal, balanced level of expectations between the organization and each of its employees.

Two jobs to take?

O.k., You've put yourself out there, on the street--you're awesome, so everyone wants you. From a recruiters perspective, don't get cocky--it happens to everyone that's worth a crap. You already know the obvious, compare the salary, benefits, job function, upward mobility, etc. I'm not spending time writing on the obvious, though.

  • If there is an uninterested 3rd party, that thinks the way you do, contact them---even if it's been years. Talking to the sig/other is great, but they have their own interests in giving feedback...Other recruiting partners are great at this.

  • Think really hard about the interview. Is everything cool, but you didn't really connect with the person who'll be working with you the most?--RED FLAG. Here's why. People who can't engage in the other party during the interview will always view their employees as employees, not people....watch out for that one, big time.
  • Read body language, did they ask about you, or throw up about hte company and how awesome it is---their product might be exciting, but it's living hell working there.
  • Upward Mobility: Is there any, or do you even care? Some people are at the top of their game. Being put in a position your boss thinks you qualify for could be career suicide. If you're a star salesperson, for instance, why would you want to be a sales manager? You're not compensated on YOUR production, which is the driving factor of salespeople.--Think about that one
  • Stability: This is a big one! Stability is only a perception. We can't qualify a company as stable any longer.
  • The only thing that's stable is your committment to your position. If you strive to blow past your peers in your role and are someone they look to for guidance--you're stable, the company longevity is irrellevant--need I remind you about Enron?
